Preorders start shipping by June 22nd.

Amazon should start shipping by the end of June.

Amazon international - hard to tell, but I suspect by the end of July. The more preorders that are made on Amazon international sites, the quicker the books should arrive (as they will see high demand) NOTE - do not order internationally with the publisher Turnaround. There may be two listings - choose the Dimat Enterprises listing. Turnaround will not be shipping books for orders made through them (was accidently placed by them).

Poker Stars and Full Tilt stores generally takes 2-3 months. I will advise once an order has been placed.

Borders and Barnes takes a couple of months. We don't know now what kind of distribution they will have in their stores.

Translations - German and Spanish will be available by the end of the year.
