"It's not about the hand you put your opponent on, it's about how you think he will play that hand."
Page 77 at the very bottom-left of the table it says "16-care nut wrap" (must be a really nice wrap if it cares so much). Nothing major, but I guess you'd want to fix it for the next printing, so I'm mentioning it.
Jerseys, welcome to ITH and thanks for the catch. Will get corrected in next print run.
Few things:

Basically you should call the floor and get your money back

1) the action is listed as 7 handed. You are in MP and first two fold, then you call, then 2 more folds, then CO raises.
This is all wrong, as in this case the dealer apparently allows the CO to fold and then to raise to $25 (after the button folds).

2) More importantly the Qd is in your hand AND on the flop...
P.260 Hand #2

Says "Big blind calls...cutoff raises to $50, I re-raise to $100, blinds fold and the cutoff calls."

Then says the pot size is $112 on the flop.
P. 288 Cownie has AA44ds hearts and spades and the board is 2 hearts. Jeff check his equity against aces with no fd but takes away her spades instead of hearts.

There was another error a few hands back where cutoff called a reraise but button folded and then Jeff CO folds (I think) on the flop but Jeff calls him the button. I can't find it right now though. I'll look again later.

Well, it might have looked like the nuts to me at the time?
p. 516, 4th paragraph caounting points as paragraphs: "...such a player might be tempted say that..." – should be "tempted TO say". There was a similar error a few pages back but forgot to note it.

p, 517, 3rd paragraph: "...Small Ball strategy could not have been acomplished without the foundation having..." – I think it should be without the foundation OF having, but I'm not sure. I'm not a native speaker.
pg. 79, situation #1. The SPR should be 22 and not 14. Explanation does not change.

pg. 111. In the example at the bottom, it should say that I have $450 left, and not $400. On the next page in the second paragraph, it is correct where it says I raise to $400, but it should say that "Al insta-shoved for $50 more with his set of Aces and I called."

pg. 512 in the second paragraph, it should say "fancy" plays rather than "facing" plays.

FYI - We are working on a reprint and all of the above will be corrected with copies that start going out in December 2009/January 2010.

Matthew "It's not about the hand you put your opponent on, it's about how you think he will play that hand."
