Rakeback help needed - not getting a reply.

Hi,

I am currently in the process of setting up rakeback between yourselves and PKR. However I am having trouble communicating with you at ITH. Nearly a fortnight ago I received an email from Bill at ITH support stating that all was well and he would contact PKR. However PKR have had no contact with him and I have had no reply to my emails. I have also PMed Ciaran but received no response.

Can someone please get back to me with some urgency?

Thanks. I have been told that they will sort it out next month, but due to a sudden "massive" backlog, they don't know whether that means a few days or in five weeks time.

I have, frankly, stopped believing a word they say.

In an exciting update, whilst using PKR's live chat last night I was informed that whilst you have got back to them they still await the information they need from you and that there is no delay on their part at all.

Almost the exact opposite to what they said 24 hours previous.

EDIT - by the way , just tried to email Bill and got an 550 550 Mailbox quota exceeded error.
