My wife recently signed up for Pokerstars with the free gift package and completed the required VPP.

She had some trouble completing the order form and it gave her an error message a few times but eventually started telling her that the order had been placed for that screen name. (this was while the forums were down potentially causing some problems)

What does she need to do in order to check that this order was properly placed?


Additionally she has been unable to sign up for the forums under her perfered screen name since she did not receive the confirmation email. Is there a way to check that she entered her email address correctly or does she simply need to tray again with a different screen name.

Let me know the login and order details and I can look into it. The order forms should actually be fixed shortly, but in the interim I can manually process orders as well.
