This series is no longer active so the Forum is locked; however, feel free to ask any question you may have in our strategy Forums and our Members will surely respond.
April 2007 - mchilger - Matthew Hilger, author of Internet Texas Hold'em, Texas Hold'em Odds and Probabilities and co-author of The Poker Mindset answers questions on a range of poker topics.
May 2007 - Tall Paul - Paul Taylor has been playing poker for 5 years, starting out at the low limits, before concentrating on MTTs. Major successes include wins in the Stars $50 rebuy and the Party Super and a cash in the PCA 2007. Answering questions on anything poker related (or even non-poker related), but mainly on MTTs.
June 2007 - toronexti - College student who started out playing freerolls then moved to playing LHE cash games. Now is mostly a MTT specialist with some significant success (including a recent win in the Stars Nighty Hundred Grand and two final Tables in the Stars Million).
July 2007 - Ed Miller - Ed Miller is the author or coauthor of Small Stakes Hold'em, No-Limit Theory and Practice, Getting Started in Hold'em, and Professional No-Limit Hold'em. Many people may not realize, but Ed joined the ITH Forums in 2004 and has made over 150 posts here. It will be great having him back in July specifically to answer your questions. August 2007 - Matt Lessinger - Matt Lessinger has been playing poker professionally since 1996. His biggest tournament wins were in the 2000 Carnivale of Poker Pot-Limit Hold'em Championship and on the 2006 Heartland Poker Tour. His primary focus is limit hold'em cash games, but he stills plays tournaments now and then. Since 2000, he has had regular columns in Poker Digest and the Online Poker News, and he currently writes for Card Player magazine. He wrote The Book of Bluffs in 2005, and considers bluffing to be his main area of poker expertise.
September 2007 - Collin Moshman - Collin Moshman graduated in 2003 with an honors degree in theoretical math from Caltech. Later that year, he began playing $0.10-$0.25 cash no-limit hold 'em and $6 Sit 'n Go's. By the time he was crushing the $215's SNGs and beyond, he abandoned his post-graduate studies in economics to focus on Sit 'n Go poker as a full-time career. Collin's primary occupation is still online SNG gameplay, but he also writes and coaches on his site http://www.sngbook.com.
His book, SitnGo Strategy was recently released.
October 2007 - Alan Schoonmaker - Alan Schoonmaker has a Ph.D. in industrial psychology from the University of California in Berkley. He has personally taught or consulted in 28 countries on all six continents. He has written four books on industrial psychology and two books on poker: The Psychology of Poker and Your Worst Poker Enemy. November 2007 - Matt Matros - Matt Matros is a professional poker player, a CardPlayer Magazine columnist, and the author of the book The Making of a Poker Player. He has seven World Series of Poker cashes over the last three years, and one WSOP final table. His biggest win came in the 2004 World Poker Tour Championship, where he finished third and took home more than $700,000. Matt lives in Brooklyn, NY. His website is http://www.mattmatros.com

January 2008 - Ann-Margaret Johnston - Ann-Margaret Johnston, CPA is the author of How To Turn Your Poker Playing Into A Business. She has written several articles for both Bluff and CardPlayer Magazines. February 2008 - Terry Borer - Terry Borer has two degrees in computer engineering from the University of Toronto and has been playing poker for over 20 years. He has been killing the short-handed mid and high-limit games for over three years. Being an engineer, Terry particularly likes the mathematical and statistical sides to the game and uses his knowledge to successfully play six games at once. March 2008 - Nick Christenson - Nick Christenson maintains the largest repository of gambling book reviews on the Internet at http://www.jetcafe.org/!npc/reviews/gambling/ and writes them for "Poker Player" newspaper. He is also the lead author of "Winning Strategies for No-Limit Hold'em" recently published by Conjelco. April 2008 - Arnold Snyder - Arnold Snyder, a noted blackjack expert, wrote a blackjack column for Card Player magazine for 12 years. He started playing small buy-in poker tournaments in 2003, and in 2005, he authored The Poker Tournament Formula, a book that analyzes and provides strategies for NLH tournaments with fast blind structures. May 2008 - Barry Tanenbaum - Barry Tanenbaum is the author of Advanced Limit Hold’em Strategies, and collaborated on Limit Hold’em: Winning Short-Handed Strategies. Barry is a columnist for CardPlayer magazine and has been a full time cash game professional for seven years after retiring from the computer industry. June 2008 - Russell Fox and Scott Harker - Russell Fox and Scott Harker are the authors of "Why You Lose at Poker" and "Mastering No-Limit Hold'em. Russ is an Enrolled Agent (Federally licensed tax preparer) specializing in gambling and a columnist for "Poker Player Newspaper." Russ plays primarily in the no-limit cash games in the Los Angeles area. Scott is a technical writer, and plays primarily online no-limit cash games and sit-n-go tournaments.
July 2008 - Tommy Angelo - Tommy Angelo's book, Elements of Poker, is only a few months old, and it has already achieved the status of “classic” and “the best poker book ever” in the hearts and minds of many. Tommy played professionally for 20 years, and now he mostly coaches and writes and hangs out with friends.
