South of France in October anyone?

The €1k is going to be so juicy even accounting for the extra rake through govt taxation.

A shame it is not in London, but the Empire was a rubbish venue. I guess it won't alter too much how many pros are there, but more French recreational players for sure

It was nice to have the WSOPE in London, but Cannes is going to be great too. It's easy to get to and they'll have much more space, I think the fields may even be bigger.

I hope they move this around to take advantage of the various poker markets in Europe, I assume pokerstars.fr will run sats which can only be a good thing.

Looking forward to it, I'll definitely look into going.
