Kenneth Terrell is the only name I recognize. He was on the 2008 Main Event telecast at Hellmuth's table and is a regular poster on parttimepoker. He is a former attorney from Atlanta. I can learn more about him, so I'll do some digging.
Geez -- he has more than 12,000 posts. Does the guy have no life or what? He took 32k in backing for the 2010 WSOP and lost most of it: 2010 WSOP stake His online stats looks pretty solid. Decent ROI and cash rate. He coaches poker somewhere, because he has posted names of students of his that he suggests people purchase stakes in. post seeking ME stakes on 2+2 I'm going to say he's a solid player with substantial internet experience. I haven't found a whole of substantive poker posts, but I might... Last edited by nsidestrate on Jul 10 2010, edited 1 time in total.
Mark Schmid is another online player and poker coach.
He has a thread describing his World Series thus far He seems to primarily coach SNGs and plays under the name pimpin donks on Tilt. He plays as "markschillin" on Stars. On aggregate he has mixed results in MTTs and very good results in SNGs. I think it is safe to assume he knows short stack pushbot poker well.
I don't see much on Jeremy Cate. I'm going to assume he is fairly inexperienced because the only stuff I can find relates to this event.
Ditto Michael McQuiston
Very thin info on Brett Puffer as well. He has one small cash in a live Canadian event. It looks like he qualified for PCA via Stars last year and appears to have been a Stars qualifier to the Main, but I haven't found his online name yet.
Arne Riedberger is a Swiss player. I have found a couple of references to him in foreign languages, but Google translate doesn't tell me anything useful.
Quite so. In an interview he said he mostly plays PLO cash games. That page includes a very trippy rotatable 360 degree film clip of some highlights.
That's stupid. No one could make 25,000 posts.
Matthew, Tables should break Pavilion High to Low. Won't even get close to breaking in Amazon. You will be there all day. Good luck!
Poker taught me how to be self critical and how to use to that to improve...also taught me how to dust myself off and go again. The past is the past. Learn your lessons and move right on. --Paulif
